Bio

Denise Militzer’s images are filled with energy and genuine emotion. Her pictures tell a story - and that story is one of positivity and hope.

Growing up on four continents encouraged Denise to be multilingual, adaptable and endlessly curious. She approaches every shoot as an opportunity to learn, and sees every subject as a chance to explore a genuine human connection.

Throughout her life, Denise has been physically active, embracing soccer, triathlon, swimming and capoeira, amongst other activities. That fitness allows her to be agile and adventurous in how she shoots.

Always moving. Always connecting. Always learning. Denise approaches every assignment with a fresh perspective, while keeping a firm grasp on the nuances of her craft. Her images perfectly reflect her adventurous spirit and her collaborative nature.

Make sure to check out Denise’s latest project, the move movement, a collaborative storytelling platform that partners with brands and organizations to inspire their audiences to find what moves them.
